NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Parker Posey turns from happy to snippy in a matter of seconds! The American actress was looking good as she wandered the streets of New York with her boyfriend and pooch. But after greeting the paparazzi with a smile and a wave she then turns snippy when asked about her dog! Monday August 4 2008.
